Mezcal Tasting Class

Join us for a 45 minute virtual tasting where we will transport ourselves to different parts of Mexico through the spirit of mezcal. Steven Sadri, owner of Tahona Mercado and Tahona Bar, will be your host in walking you through three very different and unique expressions of mezcal. In the class, we will discuss the history of mezcal including theories on how distillation started in Mexico, production methods and how the surrounding terrior affects the flavor profiles of each. In your kit will be three different 1 ounce pours of mezcal.
