  • 4+ Weeks Before Event – Reach out to Glow for booking (if possible please provide us with an event date & guest count) 
  • 3 Weeks Before Event – Glow Kick off Call and event tools review
  • 2.5 Weeks Before Event -Send guest shipping addresses to Glow 
  • 1 Week Before Event – Glow tracks and troubleshoots shipping needs
  • Event Day – Join the call early and enjoy the event!

This option is perfect for markets still sheltering-in-place.

Bespoke Live Studio

If you’re looking for a presentation that will really “wow” your viewers, we can create a custom sound stage for you complete with stage backdrop, professional camera crew, lighting and live edit production. Glow will pair you with the right streaming platform for your presentation that can incorporate keynotes and various breakout sessions. This is a great option for roadshows or conferences that take place after shelter-in-place orders are lifted but still need to adhere to social distancing.
