Enjoy one of our varied and expansive culinary offerings found south of the border: Quesabirria Tacos. Inspired by the always delicious street foods of Mexico City, this class includes all you’ll need to embrace your Taco-loving tendencies, as our chefs guide you through creating this newest craze in Mexican food. These crispy tasty bites of goodness are pan fried tacos with cheese and griddled beef, that are then dipped into a savory consomme while eating. But before all that fun begins, there’s also ingredients to make and shake our Prickly Pear Margarita to enjoy while you get busy with your Cinco de Mayo feast. As said south of the border and beyond, “Si, por favor!”
